Green Broccoli seeds for microgreens: 100g, 600g or 1kg

Aprox 300 seeds per gram- see photo below for seeds I have sprouted in trays with hemp mats. Excellent germination.

Broccoli sprouts in particular make regular broccoli’s health benefits seem miniscule; sprouts offer nearly 1000% more nutrition than full-grown Broccoli.
Numerous studies have established broccoli as an anti-cancer vegetable. They have the highest known dietary source of the potent anticancer phytochemical, sulphoraphone (antioxidant), containing 10-100 times more than the mature broccoli head. The sprouts also contain Sinigrin, a substance that is believed to persuade pre cancerous cells to "commit suicide", especially in the colon.
