Southern Cross – Four Milk Blend

Buffalo, Sheep, Cow and Goat milk blend. Black wax encases a firm dry rind and an ivory coloured body. Southern Cross has a nutty aroma and a smooth and creamy mouth feel. Its flavour is sweet and nutty, with a mature tang which will get stronger as the cheese develops.
