MON CHEVAL Rose 2020

Tasting Note:  Remarkably crisp, dry style of Pinot Noir rosé that is more about fine-grained texture than excessive fruitiness. A hint of exotic spices and a whiff of cherry flesh on the nose. The palate is gentle and very dry, reminding us more of European-style rosé, specifically Sancerre.
