Pounamu Drop Earrings 8cm

Ewan Parker is a master carver who lives and works on the spectacular East Coast of New Zealand’s North Island and works with his son as Four Winds Carving.
Ewan works exclusively in Pounamu (New Zealand nephrite jade) and carves a mix of traditional and contemporary pieces. His work is beautiful and springs from the respect that he has for the stone. Many of his pieces are carved as if the pounamu has directed the shape and style, asking to be released from the stone.
His works are unique, hand-crafted and beautiful treasures, highly collectable and held by gallerys & mueseums including Te Papa.
