The six natural, Sapphires are round, modified brilliant cut and measure 3.70mm - 3.90mm in diameter, weighing a total of 1.71 carat. A hidden gypsy set of two round brilliant cut laboratory-grown diamonds grace the sides, measuring 2.00mm in diameter, totalling 0.068 carat, and valued with F - G colour and VS2 - SI1 clarity.
