Birria Bomb (Birria Taco Seasoning)

All-in-one seasoning mix to make birria tacos at home.

Each bomb (80g) makes around 15 tacos.

I ngredients:
Beef stock, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, tomato powder, cajun, coriander powder, pepper, herbs, cinnamon, sugar, chipotle, guajillo, ancho.

How to Cook:

Add 1–1.5kg chuck beef 1 Birria Bomb 900ml water

Slow cooker: 5 hours on high

Stovetop: 5 hours on low with lid

Use for tacos, burritos, ramen, or other dishes.

Not spicy – add chilli flakes or hot sauce if you want it hotter.
