From the Roca family in Penedès, northern Spain, a fruity, mellow and rich vinegar with an appealing ‘agridulce’ character.
Spanish law now requires that Forvm Chardonnay vinegar is labelled as 'Balsamic Vinegar'. Forvm's new packaging reflects this requirement, though the product itself has not changed.
