Fresh, raw, and fermented the old-school way with just cabbage, salt, and time. Made from spray-free Waikato cabbages, our small-batch sauerkraut is probiotic-rich, naturally tangy, and packed with flavour — no shortcuts, no vinegar, just good bugs at work.

🧡 Golden Kraut – Cabbage, orange, turmeric & ginger. Bright, zingy, perfect with fish ’n’ chips or straight from the jar.

🍋 Citrus Twist – Lemony and fresh with cabbage, lemon & coriander seeds. Ideal with smoked fish or crackers.

❤️ Beeter Be Good – Beetroot, cabbage, apple & ginger. Earthy, sweet, and naturally gorgeous.

🍯 Sweet As – Honey-mustard kraut with turmeric & celery seeds. Sweet, kid-friendly, and perfect on hot dogs.
