Almond or Grapeseed Oil (carrier) 10 ml

Formulated fresh per use. Store oils in a cool, dark place. Keep carrier oil on hand for dilution.

How to mix: In a clean palm or glass bowl, add 10ml of carrier oil (such as sweet almond or grapeseed oil), then drop in the essential oils one by one: 3 drops grapefruit, 2 drops juniper berry, 2 drops geranium, and 2 drops rosemary. Stir gently with a glass stick or your clean fingertip. Use immediately. How to Use

After bathing, apply the freshly prepared blend to target areas and massage gently for 10–15 minutes in circular, lymphatic-drainage directions.

- Massage method: Use your hands to glide from ankles to thighs, wrists to armpits, and lower abdomen to navel.
- Tools: A gua sha board or body scraper may be used to enhance results—apply light, firm pressure along muscle lines. Precautions
