After washing your face and hands, add the pre-diluted essential oil blend (in rosehip oil) into a small dropper bottle for daily use. Gently shake before each use.

Topical Application Warm Compress:
Step 1: Dispense 2–3 drops onto clean fingertips or a cotton swab. Gently apply along the orbital bone—on the upper eyelid above the crease and below the lower lashes, about 1 cm away. Avoid contact with lash roots, eyeballs, and mucosal areas.
Step 2: Prepare a clean, soft towel or steam eye mask. Soak in warm water (around 40–45°C), wring out excess, and place over closed eyes.
Step 3: Keep compress on for 5–8 minutes to allow the oils to penetrate and support meibomian gland release. Breathe deeply during this time to benefit from the aroma.
Step 4: After compressing, gently pat the eye area to enhance circulation and absorption.

Aromatic Support:
After use, rub any remaining oil between your palms and cup them near your nose. Inhale deeply 3–5 times. This helps relieve eye tension and calm the nervous system—especially beneficial before bedtime.

Recommended once daily in the evening to support overnight recovery. For severe dry eye symptoms (such as grittiness, burning, or screen fatigue), use twice daily—morning and evening. Continued use for 4 weeks is suggested to improve gland function and tear film stability. Precautions

- For external use only. Do not apply directly into the eyes or on broken skin.
- Avoid contact with lash line, inner eye corners, or mucous membranes.
- Patch test on inner forearm before first use.
- Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs and rinse with clean water.
- Not recommended for children under 10 years of age.
