To adhere the neoprene together, make sure to properly clean and dry both surfaces before applying the glue. Allow the first coat of glue to dry for 5-10 minutes until it thickens. For larger repairs or more delicate areas, consider applying a second coat after the first has dried. Once finished, strengthen the bond by applying an outer coat, as the tail acts as a diluted solvent.
