NI-OH TEMPLE GUARDIAN

RING - Hand Carved in Deer Antler by Fumio Noguchi

This is a traditional Japanese design representing a protector of the Buddhist faith. These figures are guardians that are found on either side of temple gateways - one is called "N-gyo" (= mouth shut), the other, carved with the mouth open, is called "A - gyo".

Why not wear one of these little champions as a ring??

Fumio has used Red Deer antler for this carving and, typical of his work, he has left parts of the antler natural and part is finely worked. The result is a beautifully artistic and wonderfully crafted ring!

A spectacular piece of wearable art for all lovers of traditional Japanese art and carving!

This is a magnificent little piece - gorgeous, resilient and tough!

This very cool ring is packaged in a woven kete pouch. One only - Shipping Worldwide with EXPRESS COURIER is included in the price.
