New Zealand Kauri Gum - a gorgeous, varied gum from our native Kauri tree! This gum has spent a good part of its life buried in swampland locked up in fallen Kauri - it is quite rare and very beautiful - especially in the hands of a talented artist!

Kauri Gum is the fossilised resin of the Kauri Tree, a rare piece of history from Kauri trees long gone. It is an amber, not a stone.
