A beautiful small, hand carved bone Goddess pendant. We have made this from natural bone.

This piece is loosely modelled on the Venus of Willendorf carving, which was discovered in Austria and is believed to have been carved around 30,000 BCE. Although there is no definitive understanding of the meaning of the original figurine, the exaggeration of the parts of her body associated with fertility and child-bearing suggest that she may have been associated with fertility rituals.
