Asian Bride long Purple Eggplant ( Dok)

High-yielding eggplant with long violet pink/purple-skinned fruit that is very popular in Asian cuisine. Quick to mature over the summer months, the 25cm long fruit has a green calyx and an average weight of 210g. Tolerant to a wide range of diseases, plants thrive in a sunny, well-drained, humus-rich site with good airflow. Give them a sturdy stake for support and allow 45cm between them.
