Silverbeet (swiss chard)

Standard Silverbeet named after noted seedsman W Atlee Burpee's farm Fordhook in Pennsylania. The crinkled leaves are mid-green and with white veins and broad white stems. Popular as a steamed vegetable that's full of vitamins and nutrients.
