7.5 mg iron (as ferrous gluconate dihydrate) 0.80 mg Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 0.86 mg Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 0.40 mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 0.60 micrograms of Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 26 mg Wheat germ extract 11 mg Yeast extract 5.9 g Aqueous herbal infusion from carrot, roselle sepal, spinach leaf and nettle leaf Excipients: Fruit juice concentrates (pear, grape, blackcurrant, orange, cherry, blackberry, beetroot, and rosehip), water, honey, ascorbic acid, orange flavour, maltodextrin, sodium citrate dihydrate and citric acid

Dosage:
Adults: 10 mL twice daily approx 30 min before morning and evening meals
Children 6-12 years: Max 5 mL 3x daily (15 mL daily)
Children 3-5 years: Max 5mL 2x daily (10 mL daily)
