Salmond Marlborough Reserve Iliad Pinot Noir 2021

Handpicked from the organic Odyssey Vineyard in the Brancott Valley this wine is made from a selcetion of 6 different Dijon clones. Cold soaked then spontaneously fermented before post ferment maceration then run off to age barrel where it completes the malo-fermentation.

This Pinot Noir is concentrated with blackberry and cherry fruit flavours. The sweet fruit, cedary oak and silky tannins give weight to a wine which will age particularly well.
