We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders that are over $100. If your order is less than $100, we offer a flat rate of $12.50.
Order Confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is successfully placed. We pre-authorise your credit card for the purchase. When we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our supplier to confirm stock is available for immediate shipment.
If your item(s) are on backorder or unavailable from our supplier, we will void the credit card pre-authorisation and reach out to you via email.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, (within 3 business days) we will process the charge and submit the order with our supplier for shipment.
Order Shipment:
For items in stock with our supplier, we process the charges to your credit card, item(s) will ship within 3 business days from the date of your order.
We currently ship to all locations within New Zealand. (Excludes delivery to the outer Islands – Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island & D’Urville Island).
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped by the supplier, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor delivery status. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order being placed, feel free to follow up with us at service@offgridequip.co.nz.
Transit Time:
Once your order has been shipped, your order will arrive within 2-7 business days depending on the service provider and your location in New Zealand.
Damages:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged , with photos, immediately at @OffGridEquip.co.nz and we will process a damage request on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Orders cancelled will incur no fee. If your order has already shipped, you, the buyer, will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
