Fig & Vanilla Jam

Our handcrafted, limited-edition just as a jam should be - simple and delicious. To create our jam, our spray-free figs are freshly handpicked before being slowly cooked with a hint of vanilla. The end result is a thick, luscious jam bursting with figgy-flavour and a subtle sweetness.

Made with just five ingredients, each jar consists of 91% figs sourced solely from our Estate, whilst containing a mere 0.5g of sugar per serve. Our jam is also proudly gluten, dairy- and nut-free.

We love it smothered on hot buttered toast, sandwiched in a sponge cake with lashings of freshly whipped cream or generously spread as a base on a homemade pizza topped with salty prosciutto and creamy mozzarella.
