Oro Bailen Casa del Agua Vinagre de Jerez Reserva

A gourmet sherry wine vinegar from Oro Bailen, Vinagre de Jerez Reserva DOP can only be produced in Andalusia. The vinegar is aged for a minimum time of two years in 500 litre oak barrels, with the barrels tiered in the traditional Spanish solera system. It has a deep mahogany colour, a rich aroma with notes of oak and aged wine, and in the mouth a soft yet persistent flavour.
