This product sterilises and anesthetises open and infected wounds with no stinging.  It helps to reduce the immediate pain and promotes a very clean and healthy site for the natural healing process to begin. Depending on the type of wound, a poultice type of dressing is advantageous. For serious wounds apply twice daily for the first three days.
