Oven Bake: Preheat to 200°C. Arrange drumsticks on a tray and bake 35–40 minutes until cooked through. Ideal for chicken drumsticks in oven or crispy chicken drumsticks.

BBQ / Grill: Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until juices run clear and lightly charred.

Air Fryer: Prepare as air fryer chicken drumsticks at 190°C for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Slow Cooker / Stew: Suitable for chicken drumsticks in slow cooker, stewed chicken drumsticks or curried chicken drumsticks cooked gently in sauce.

Tip: Pat the skin dry and season before cooking to help achieve crispy chicken drumsticks or prepare honey soy chicken drumsticks with a glaze near the end of cooking.
