Swiss Deli Smoked Pork Bacon Hock
Our Swiss Deli New Zealand pork bacon hocks are pre-cooked and Manuka smoked. Ideal for the colder months, they are a perfect addition to hearty soups and stews. Our Bacon Hock is rich in collagen and has a smoky flavour.
If you do not want to boil your bacon hock, we recommend soaking the meat in water for roughly 12-24 hrs. This helps to reduce the salt levels in the meat.
