Make your own delicious bacon. 1kg of our bacon cure, enough to cure 25-30kg of pork.

This cure can be used for wet or dry curing. Making bacon with this cure is easy – just mix and rub it on the meat. The bacon will caramelise and not stew in watery juices.
You can dry-cure pork, wild pork, or venison. All purchases come with detailed instructions. You can smoke the bacon in a cold smoker and then slice it very thin and serve it just like that on a piece of toast. Customers tell us, this beats prosciutto. Eaten this way it does not need to be fried.
This cure contains salt, acidity regulator, antioxidant, preservative & colour.
It contains 0.99 % sodium nitrite.
