- Hand wash when cool. Store in a dry environment. Never store wet. Products come pre-seasoned but will require re-seasoning during lifetime, refer to essentials guide for more detail.

Note: Ooni cast iron will work in a conventional oven and on electric, gas and induction hobs. Take care when moving on an induction hob, as sliding it across the surface may cause scratching. You can also place cast iron directly over an open flame or on a barbecue grill.
