Shimano SM-SH51 SPD Cleat Set Single-Release

Shimano SH51 SPD single release cleats are recommended for all MTB SPD pedals except PD M858. They are released by twisting heel outwards. Most shoes will accept most popular cleats (all MTB shoes will take all MTB cleats with some requiring adaptors) however you need the exact cleat to match your pedals.
