Giant Picnic Drop in Painting Session | 21/02/2026 - Coronation Park, Mt. Maunganui

Join us at the Giant Picnic – Mount Maunganui for a drop-in painting session right in the heart of the afternoon festivities.

Pop by anytime between 1pm and 5pm Saturday, or 11am and 3pm Sunday. Choose your design and we’ll get you set up! No experience needed – we provide the canvas, all materials and plenty of guidance along the way. Paint one of three mini designs: Peony Bouquet, The Mount, or the always entertaining Paint Your Mate.

You must have a valid Giant Picnic event ticket to enter the park. Painting tickets are purchased separately, spaces are limited and available on a first-in basis.

Come for the music and sunshine. Stay for the painting. Leave with something you created yourself!

No drinks are included in the ticket price, but drinks are available for purchase.
