Sleep Support (formerly known as 565 Calmunurse) is a gentle yet potent natural calminative that calms the body to support sleep and relaxation.

The herbs within the tonic are collectively nervous system strengthening and naturally calming, helping to soothe and replenish nervous energy. Excellent for students, it supports restful, deep sleep without side-effects or day-time drowsiness. Very good to take if woken during the night or unable to sleep.

Base ingredients: Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid, Organic Iodine, Vegetable Glycerine.

Free from: yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy, artificial colours and sweeteners.

Adult dosage: Shake vigorously before use. Take 5–10 ml three to four times daily. Swill in the mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing if possible.
