Marmalade - Rangpur Lime

The Rangpur lime is a bright orange mandarin shaped citrus, with a distinct strong
acidic lime flavour, extremely sour juice and a deeply floral, honeysuckle aroma.

Originating from India it is a cross between a mandarin and a lemon. Rangpur limes
make the most glorious marmalade. This marmalade's flavour is enhanced with caramelised sugar, a careful selection of spices and a good splash of rum.
