Plum & Cinnamon Jam

Ripe plums picked from our own Billington's Early plum tree. Carefully crafted over two days into a delicious soft textured jam. Full of fruit with a sharp sweet plum flavour and a hint of cinnamon. A twist on a New Zealand favourite. Great on toast, crumpets, add to yoghurt or spoon over ice cream.
