32L Stacka Nesta Crate

The 32 Litre (#7) Stack N Nest Crates (645 x 413x200 mm) are utlilised in a multitude of applications throughout the fishing, meat and poultry processing industries as well as being a key product used in general food and pharmaceutical product manufacturing. All colours are moulded from FDA Approved Polypropylene (PP) resin and are therefore suitable for direct contact with food based products. The exception to this is the Black coloured crates as these are moulded with a content of recycled PP (RCPP) resin to provide an environmental and cost effective option for product handling in areas when a food grade crate is not required.
We have the ability to mould these crates in a tough HDPE material blend where the crates are to be used in coldstores or where the crates are likely to be exposed to heavy impacts on a regular basis. HDPE performs better in these environments when compared to the PP material.
These crates moulded in HDPE to the fishing industry complete with corporate branding. HDPE Crate are for use in blast freezers where temperatures can reach -20°C as the HDPE has an operational temperature range between -40°C to 65°C.
