The Alchemist | Medium/Dry

A curious blend, brewed with a little bit of magic and a whole lot of apple wisdom. The Alchemist is medium/dry with grip, brightness and just enough complexity to keep you guessing. Think of it as the thinking drinker’s cider, still easygoing, but with layers. It recently impressed the judges too, taking home a Gold Medal at the 2025 Dish Tasting Panel Awards and a Silver Medal at the 2024 Cider Awards.

Why the reduced price? This batch has a best-before date of 17 July 2026. Cider doesn't expire (best-before is a quality guide, not a safety date), but we'd rather be upfront and pass the saving on to you.
