Gentiana frigida

Frosty I guess, ghostly looks.

From the Carpathian Mountains and eastern Alps. It thrives in moist, well-drained meadows and grassy slopes at high elevations, often found growing in calcareous soils. Only 10cm with a similar spread. Striking blue to violet or more usually white trumpets, which bloom in late summer to early autumn.
