Sarcococca hookeriana var. humilis

Evergreen mound with weed suppressing attributes, scented flowers and small winter berries.

Dwarf sweet box. Cute and exceptionally hardy, I find it manages with little water if needed once established. Perfumed like the tall cousins, but harder to get your nose to as only 40cm tall. Berries in winter. Spreads slowly and effectively. Part shade in a woodland situation. The last image shows a good use for it, weed suppressing and interest under shrubs like deciduous azaleas. However my strain does not grow that tall.
