Hypericum olympicum 'Moonlight'
St John's wort. Mt Olympus, but about; north and to Turkey. Large and richly flowering. For pots, troughs or the rock garden. Large flowers from December, deciduous. Easy in the sun. 30cm.
Shown here emerging from a rock phlox. Not sure about the addition of Moonlight. it seems to bright to me.
Creeping St Johns Wort. A miniature and delicate form of the bold genus coming from the Himalayas. At only 10-20cm high, it will tumble over walls and rocks looking fabulous year round. It looks good every where, but it can wander about. In winter the leaves become a beautiful golden hue. Small flowers in profusion open from reddish buds at the tips of the stems in summer.
