Myosotis saxosa
Rare in the wild and to buy, a lovely native white forget-me-not
Endemic to the North Island, this small perennial herb features grey-green rosette leaves and white flowers. It is classified as Nationally Critical and typically grows in high-altitude rocky or limestone areas. Native. Great in a pot or rock garden.
A plant available due to the collaboration with Mica and Hamish Brown from Choice Plants here in Canterbury. It is lovely to be able to offer their plants here from time to time. The Browns have an incredible selection of plants for the alpine and rock gardening connoisseur.
Large plants 9cm pot, spilling over.
