HSM FP 3000 is an industrial barrel crusher for pressing light metal and rolled hoop barrels. This drum crusher has a pressing power of 27 tons and reduces the volume of barrel drums by up to 90%. The industrial crusher is built with a press ram with spikes for opening the barrels and a collector tray for residual liquid.

The drum crusher can compact empty 220 litre oil drums / barrels into a steel disc. There are slots inside the machine chamber to hold the drum into place during compaction and spikes to punch the drum to drain out any residual oil into a collection tank. The high compaction radio of 5 to 1 gives businesses a massive space saving on there site and in some cases reduced disposal costs.

This drum crusher flattens all kinds of metal drums or barrels with capacity up to 220L (55 gallons), and has a 10:1 compaction ratio. With a 10:1 compaction ratio, the drum baler could largely reduce the volume or even flatten disposed drums, facilitating storage, transportation and recycling.
