Poaka true free range pork mince is made with freshly boned out prime cuts and trim of our heritage breed, wild farmed pigs and minced through a 6mm plate for a medium to coarse texture. There is nothing to hide in our free range pork mince, so we don't need to mince it into a super fine mystery product! We deliver all of our products wide, however we cannot ship our chilled products (Sausages, bacon, pork cuts ) to rural addresses, Please if you are a rural delivery for options. Our fresh mince is snap frozen on the day of production and sent out frozen to ensure they stay nice and chilled during delivery.
