Italian Fennel Sausage

500g Pack. A sweet fennel note, with a touch of garlic and black pepper, to complement our outstanding Poaka free range heritage breed pork. These fresh sausages have a milder spice level and are a real family favorite. No preservatives and no ingredients contain Gluten. All our fresh sausages and bacon are dispatched on Wednesday or Thursday afternoon each week using an overnight courier service. The sausages and bacon are packed in a special insulated shipping containers along with an ice packs, which keep the items chilled for 48 hours to ensure your purchase arrives in a perfect and safe condition. Our fresh sausages are snap frozen on the day of production and sent out frozen to ensure they stay nice and chilly during delivery.

Ingredients: Poaka Pork, Water, Rice Flour, Sea salt, Fennel Seed, Black Pepper, Garlic. Keep refrigerated below 4 Degrees C. Cook thoroughly before eating.
