Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz 2023

Lifted spice and ripe mulberry/blackberry aromas are complemented with chocolate, cedar and cinnamon on the nose. Similar berry fruits show through on the opulent, textured palate with a lingering finish.

Medium to full-bodied with a supple, generous mouthfeel.

Dry, though the intense fruit gives a rich, fruit-forward impression. Aromas of blackberry, dark plum and black cherry meet pepper, cedar, cinnamon and subtle cocoa.

The palate is decadent and mouth-filling, with raspberry & dark cherry giving way to dark chocolate, mocha, warm earth and a hint of eucalyptus. The finish is smooth and lingering, framed by toasty oak and velvety, fine tannins.
