POOL FIX A LEAK

Fix-A-Leak is a concentrated leak-sealing solution designed to seal hard-to-find leaks in pools, spas, and plumbing systems without draining or excavation. It circulates through the system and seals leaks from the inside, making it ideal where the leak location is unknown. Product features:

- Suitable for virtually all pool and spa materials including concrete, fibreglass, vinyl, and PVC plumbing
- Can be used to seal leaks in the pool shell as well as underground plumbing lines
- Seals holes and cracks up to 3 mm in diameter
- Circulates through the filtration system to find and seal leaks automatically
- Does not require draining prior to application
- Forms a long-lasting internal seal once cured Hot tub and spa application instructions;
- Determine water loss over a 24-hour period and refill the spa to its original water level.
- Immerse the Fix-A-Leak bottle in hot water for 15 minutes, then shake well before use.
- Remove all cartridge filters from the spa.
- Pour the entire 8 oz bottle into the filter intake or directly into the spa.

Day One:
Run the spa for 4–6 hours, alternating between low- and high-speed jets. This step requires supervision.
If the spa has only one jet speed, operate the jets in 15-minute on / 15-minute off increments for a total of 4–6 hours.

Day Two:
Brush the bottom of the spa, then repeat the same circulation process as Day One.
Do not add more product.

Once confident the leak has stopped, turn the spa off and allow it to sit for 48 hours to confirm there is no further water loss.

After 48 hours, drain the spa provided overnight temperatures remain above 4°C.
While draining, rinse and wipe down the spa surfaces with a warm, soft cloth to remove any residue.
If this step is skipped or not done thoroughly, a white residue may remain on the spa surface.

Allow the spa to remain empty for 4–7 days.
This drying period allows air into the plumbing, helping the product fully cure and create a longer-lasting seal.

Reinstall filters, refill the spa, and resume normal operation. Warranty;

This product carries no manufacturer’s warranty. Results depend on correct application, leak size, system conditions, and adherence to instructions. Fix-A-Leak is not suitable for structural failures or major plumbing damage.
