Once inserted vaginally, the internal weight stimulates the pelvic floor muscles for sensory feedback and more effective contractions. They are a great way of stimulating pelvic floor muscles when returning to functional activities. Only compatible with water-based lubricants, which should be washed off after use to avoid deterioration of the silicone.
