Royal Ember is a rich gold-brass polyester top coat with a high gloss finish. This transparent layer adds a warm metallic sheen and depth to your project. Top Coat Information: Because top coats are transparent, the final appearance depends on the colour and reflectivity of the base layer. For best results (as shown in the sample image), Royal Ember is applied over a bright silver substrate. Platinum Flash is a great base coat option to simulate a chrome-like effect when a reflective surface isn’t available.
