Dunkermotoren BG 95 dPro PN/EC/EI Brushless DC Motor

The Dunkermotoren BG 95 dPro PN/EC/EI is a high-power 3-phase EC motor with an integrated 4Q servo controller, high-resolution encoder system MR 1 (4096 cpr), and Safe Torque Off (STO). It is available in three industrial Ethernet : PROFINET (PN) — certified for application classes 1 and 4, IRT capable; EtherCAT (EC) — CoE (CAN over EtherCAT) with distributed clocks for real-time operation; and Ethernet/IP (EI) — for integration into ControlLogix Studio.

Available in BG 95x40, BG 95x80, and BG 95x120 stack lengths with 12 Vdc to 60 Vdc supply options, the series delivers continuous output power up to 1,390 W and peak output power up to 4,400 W. Features include sinusoidal vector control (FOC), S-ramp, interpolation, SSI version available, 3 configurable digital inputs, 1 analogue input, 2 digital outputs, brake output, oscilloscope software, Smart Diagnostics, ballast circuit, and premium efficiency. Protection class is IP65.

Compatible with planetary gearboxes (PLG 75 EP/HT, PLG 80 LB, PLG 95 HT), angular gearboxes (SG 120, STG 65, KG 150, KG 120), hub gearboxes (NG 500, NG 1000 WO), and brakes and encoders (E 310 R, E 600 R, RE 30, AE 38).
