Dunkermotoren BGA 22 dGo Brushless DC Motor

The Dunkermotoren BGA 22 dGo is a 3-phase BLDC motor with high-quality rare-earth magnets and integrated commutation electronics, designed for compact motion applications that need high power density and strong overload capability. Its coreless construction helps eliminate cogging torque while also supporting low-noise operation and a weight-optimised motor design.

The motor series is supplied with DC voltage via 2 wires and is available in different control. Depending on the version, it can be configured as a 2-/3-wire version with reversible polarity or as a 6-wire version with inputs for start/stop, clockwise/counter-clockwise rotation, and speed setpoint control via PWM 500-5000 Hz or analogue 0-10 V. A pulse output for speed signal is also available.

The BGA 22 dGo series is offered in supply voltage versions from 6Vdc to 24Vdc and includes integrated 18 cpr feedback with protection class up to IP40. The series delivers continuous output power up to 23.8 W and peak output power up to 236 W, and is part of Dunkermotoren’s modular system for matched motion components.
