Deutronic DVCH3003-400 DC/DC Converter

The Deutronic DVCH3003-400 Series is a high-power, galvanically isolated DC/DC converter engineered for demanding industrial mobility applications operating from high-voltage DC battery systems. Designed to deliver reliable auxiliary power in harsh environments, the series converts a 400 Vdc nominal input into stable low-voltage DC for control electronics, communication systems, and onboard equipment.

With a continuous output rating of up to 3000 W, the DVCH3003-400 supports 12 Vdc, 24 Vdc, and 48 Vdc output , enabling high output currents while maintaining excellent voltage regulation and fast transient response. The wide input operating range ensures stable performance across fluctuating battery conditions common in traction, industrial vehicles and marine vessels.

The rugged aluminium enclosure is designed for chassis or baseplate mounting and uses conduction cooling via the mounting surface, allowing completely fanless operation.
