45% Bolivian Milk: Salted Caramel

 

Silky 45% Bolivian milk chocolate melts into a velvety cup, releasing slow-cooked salted caramel, made with deep, complex organic Brazilian golden sugar and finished with Opito Bay Salt, hand-harvested from the pristine waters of the Coromandel.

The natural sweetness of the Beniano Silvestre wild cacao and Swiss Entlebuch milk finds its perfect counterpoint in the caramel's slight bitterness and the salt's clean, mineral finish. Indulgent without being cloying, familiar yet somehow surprising, this is the one you'll come back to.

Simply place in your mug and pour over 200ml of hot milk or 150ml for a richer, more indulgent Belgian-style finish. Stir and enjoy.
