Our intense 68% Bolivian dark chocolate encases the award-winning gingerbread marshmallow, celebrated with a Silver Medal at the 2025 Artisan Awards. Warm spices and a hint of molasses unfold as the bomb melts, softened by the chocolate for a rich, comforting cup.
Crafted from Beniano Silvestre wild cacao, nurtured in remote Bolivian forests and harvested with traditional care, this chocolate is deep, complex, and aromatic - notes of dark honey, dried fruit, subtle spice, and delicate floral undertones create a truly luxurious foundation for the warming gingerbread marshmallow.
Simply place the bomb in a mug, pour over hot milk, stir thoroughly, and enjoy a rich, aromatic cup - indulgent, vibrant, and decadent.
