68% Bolivian Dark: Peppermint Chocolate Marshmallow
Rich 68% Bolivian dark chocolate surrounds a soft chocolate marshmallow infused with 72% craft dark chocolate and peppermint essential oil. As it melts, the peppermint lifts the chocolate, creating a refined, layered flavour that’s indulgent yet refreshing.
The chocolate is made from Beniano Silvestre wild cacao, grown in isolated forest patches of Bolivia and hand-harvested using traditional fermentation and drying techniques. Its complex profile - dark honey, dried prunes, subtle spice, and floral undertones - gives the cup depth and sophistication, perfectly balancing the cool, refreshing peppermint.
Simply place the bomb in a mug, pour over hot milk, stir thoroughly, and enjoy a rich, aromatic cup - indulgent, vibrant, and decadent.
